  • 500 g rigatoni (thick pasta pasta)
  • 200 g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 400 grams of grated mozzarella cheese

  1. First boil the pasta to the al dente state. They should be slightly undercooked and inside solid. Drain the water, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese or other hard cheese.

  2. Pour olive oil in a frying pan and preheat itLittle. Add minced meat and cook it for 5 minutes. Then put the chopped garlic, red and black pepper. Salts to taste. Fry another minute. Add the tomatoes and carcasses under the lid for about 15 minutes.
