  1. Prepare marinade: mix all the ingredients.
  2. We prepare the salad. Use only strong zucchini, without cleaning them from the peel. Zucchini and carrot sodium on a grated carrot in Korean style or cut into thin strips. You can cut the zucchini circles. Mix the chopped garlic and finely chopped greens with the rest of the vegetables.
  3. Pour salad marinade, stir and let it brew for several hours.
  4. Put the salad in clean dry jars and sterilize: liter jars 30 minutes, half-liter - 15 minutes. all. Roll, let cool, without turning over the cans. Keep zucchini in a dark, cool place.
