Crispy homemade waffles
Homemade waffles were once Favorite treat Children. Many of us, most likely, with pleasure would remember their stunning taste.
We have prepared for you an uncomplicated recipe of this yummy from childhood. On it wafers always turn out to be really crispy. Call relatives to visit and treat their tea with sweet.
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp. Sahara
- 200 g of butter
- 1-2 tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp. Vanilla sugar
- 2-3 tbsp. L. Powdered sugar
- Turn on the waffle iron and let it warm up.
- While she warms up whisk eggs with sugar, add sugar powder and vanilla sugar.
- Pour into the mixture a melted butter or the same amount of margarine. Whip everything to get a homogeneous mass.
- Add flour, after sifting it.
- Bake wafers, spreading one tablespoon of liquid dough into the waffle iron. You will get about 25-30 wafers.
- Fold them into the tubes immediately after preparation. Do the procedure very carefully, as the wafers will be very hot. You can put any stuffing.
Most commonly used Boiled condensed milk With nuts or whipped cream with berries.
Let the waffles stand for a while. Serve with an ice cream ball at will.
