  2. The resulting berry mass mixed with sugar and already boiled water. Cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, until it thickens. If desired, you can add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  3. Place the cooled jam in clean jars and store in a refrigerator or cellar.
