- Preparation of dough
First mix in a bowl milk, egg, salt andSugar, and then pour the melted butter into the milk-egg mixture. Gradually sifting into a bowl of flour, start to knead the dough. When it stops sticking to your hands, you can stop and put the dough down for 20 minutes. But do not forget to cover it.
The dough does not need to be placed in the refrigerator. It must be fresh.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Boiled potatoes mixed with milk and butter and remember. The mashed potatoes are ready! Fry onion and add in mashed potatoes. Mix well.
- Place the dough on a table covered with flour. Roll the dough with sausage and cut into thick slices. Roll each slice into a large cake.
- Lightly fry each cake from both sides in a dry frying pan and, immediately taking off, cover it with a damp towel. It is advisable to remove the charred flour from the frying pan with a dry napkin.
- On a half of flat cake put out a stuffing, bend it in half and grease with melted butter. Fry until golden brown.
