This dish resembles the traditional Bigos And is prepared in a similar way. The only difference: fresh cabbage is used here, and for bigos they often take sauerkraut. You can try to cook differently and choose what's tastier.

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp. L. Sahara
  • 2 tbsp. L. Apple cider vinegar
  • 0, 5 tsp. Ground black pepper
  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 500 g of beef
  • Butter for frying

Cooking

  1. This recipe is well suited for multivarkers, but you can extinguish cabbages in a regular deep saucepan. Finely chop the onion and potatoes, sod carrots and fry everything in butter.
  2. Add to the water grated garlic, finely crushed bay leaf, sugar and vinegar. Fill this mixture with onions, potatoes and carrots. Add meat, cut into pieces, and chopped cabbage.
  3. Carcass on a small fire cabbage for an hour or cook in a multivark, putting on it the appropriate mode.
