Cream sauce for pasta
- 500 g of pasta
- 3 tbsp. Grated hard cheese (preferably cheddar)
- 2.5 tbsp. Milk
- 250 g of cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all the ingredients in a deep frying pan, pan or multivark.
- Carcasses pasta until ready, you can add spices to taste: basil or oregano perfectly complement the dish.
