"Barmak" is translated from the Tatar as "fingers", that's why, probably, these small names are named Bagels with walnuts!!

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 25 g of butter
  • 250 g of flour

  • 1 tbsp. L. water
  • 80 g walnuts
  • 2 tbsp. L. Powdered sugar
