  1. Chicken fillets cut along into thin strips, not salt.
  2. Heated a little oil in a frying pan, laid out chicken strips, giving each a different form, fry until golden brown. Lay the meat on a paper towel so that excess fat is absorbed. Slightly saline.
  3. Onions finely chop, fry until golden, connect with chicken.
  4. Apples peeled and cut into cubes, sprinkled with lemon juice so that the slices did not darken. Potatoes are also cut into cubes.
  5. Add potatoes, apples and chopped garlic to the chicken and onions.

  • 2 packs of spinach leaves or a mix of lettuce leaves
  • 150 g of cheese with blue mold
  • 2 pears

  • 1 tbsp. L of sugar
  • 0.5 tsp. Vegetable oil

Ingredients for refueling

  • 200 g of thick yoghurt without additives
  • 3 tsp. Grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp. L. Balsamic vinegar


  1. Roast the nuts in a dry frying pan over medium heat until a pleasant, characteristic aroma appears. Watch that the nuts are not burnt.
  2. Add sugar to the nuts, continue frying for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the nuts get a caramel shade and gloss.
  3. Put the nuts on a plate greased with vegetable oil, trying not to contact each other.
  4. Pear cut into thin slices, cheese - small pieces.
  5. Prepare the dressing, mixing yogurt, mustard and balsamic.
  6. Lay out lettuce leaves on top of a wide, flat plate, spread out the rest of the ingredients. Sauce serve separately.
