Cooking

  1. Wash lentils, fill it with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Dice the potatoes and place it in a pot of lentils.
  3. Cut the onions, carrots, peppers and garlic into cubes, then add everything to the pan.
  4. Chop the chicken fillet into cubes, smash the frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the meat thoroughly.
  5. When the vegetables are ready, add spices and greens, then whip the soup with a blender. The approximate time of soup preparation is 45 minutes.
  6. Add cream and whisk the soup with a blender again.
  7. Serve the soup-puree, adding chicken fillet and croutons.

Soup with porcini mushrooms and vermicelli

Ingredients

  • 100 g of dried mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 200 g chicken thighs
  • 150 grams of vermicelli
  • 1 tbsp. L. Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 50 g of greenery

Cooking

  1. Dry mushrooms fill with boiling water and leave for 2 hours. After this time, wash the mushrooms under running water and again pour boiling water for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the onion into two halves: one piece finely cut, and leave the second for broth.
  3. Peeled carrots cut into rings.
  4. Prepare a broth of two chicken thighs, carrots and half a bulb.
  5. Throw carrots and onions, and chicken thighs take out, finely cut and send back to the pan.
  6. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and fry them in vegetable oil, along with chopped onions.
  7. Send mushrooms and onions to the broth. Then bring it to a boil, add vermicelli and spices. Cook the soup for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve a hearty dish with bread or croutons. Be sure to add a little greens.

Chicken soup with vegetables and corn groats

  • 2.5 liters of chicken broth
  • 200 g of potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 200 g of corn cereals
  • 200 ml cream
  • 50 g of greenery

  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper

Cooking

  1. Prepare the chicken broth, take out the meat from it, cut it into small pieces and return it back to the pan.
  2. Cut potatoes into cubes, and carrots into rings. Then finely chop the greens.
  3. Send vegetables and corn grits to the broth. Cook for 20-25 minutes until the full availability of vegetables and cereals.
  4. At the end of the cooking, add cream, spices, chopped greens and chopped meat.
  5. Bring the soup to a boil, then take it off the fire and let it brew for 15 minutes.

Chicken soup with noodles and vegetables

  • 2 liters of water
  • 200 g chicken legs
  • 150 g of fetuccine paste
  • 1 onion
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 carrot
  • 200 g of potatoes
  • 1 parsley root
  • 50 g of chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Dry herbs

Cooking

  1. Put the chicken legs in a saucepan, fill them with cold water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add onion, bay leaf and cook broth for 1 hour.
  3. Take the onions and bay leaves from the pan.
  4. Sodium on a large grater carrot and parsley root.
  5. Cut potatoes into small cubes.
  6. Add potatoes, onions, carrots, spices and herbs to the broth.
  7. Bring the soup to a boil and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
  8. Take out the chicken legs from the pan, separate the meat and place it back in the broth.
  9. Add to the pan noodles and cook soup for another 15 minutes.
  10. Serve the soup, adding a little greens.

Rich soup with meat and vegetables

  • 450 grams of meat (pork, beef)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp. L. Vegetable oil
  • 1 carrot
  • 100 g of beans
  • 100 g cabbage
  • 200 g of potatoes
  • 4 tbsp. L. Of tomato paste
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper

Cooking

  1. Cut finely onions, heat a frying pan and fry it in vegetable oil.
  2. Cut the meat into cubes, add to the frying pan and cook together with the onions for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the water into a saucepan, bring it to a boil and lay the contents of the pan in it.
  4. Stir the broth for 1 hour.
  5. Dice the potatoes and carrots.
  6. Add beans, cabbage, carrots, potatoes and tomato paste into the pan. Cook the soup until the vegetables are ready.
  7. Remove the soup from the fire and let it brew for 1 hour.
