How to cook homemade baked pork

How to cook a homemade boiled pork
- 2 kg of pork (neck)
- 0.5 kg of beef tenderloin
- 400 g chicken fillet

- Make a few transverse notches on the pork neck as shown in the photo. Beef and chicken fillets cut into thin strips according to the number of cuts on pork.
- In a small bowl, mix oregano, cumin, ground pepper, olive oil, dry wine and salt.
