  • 0.5 liters of water

Ingredients for sauce

  • 200 g of matzoni (you can use kefir)
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 200 g of onions
  • 50 g of mint
  • 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt


  1. Lower the young grape leaves for 2-3 minutes in boiling water, then remove the stems. Remember that when wrapping dolma, the shining side of the vine leaf should be on top.

  2. Take care of cooking broth. For this, fry the mutton bones to a ruddy crust, pour them with water and cook on low heat for 1 hour.
