Lemons with salt

Lemons with salt
Ingredients
- 8 lemons
- 150 g of sea salt
- 3/4 tsp. Ground cardamom
- 3 tsp. Ground coriander
- 2 tsp. Ground black pepper
- 2 tsp. Fennel seeds
- 1 bay leaves
Cooking
- Carefully wash the lemons with a brush and make 2 longitudinal incisions on each fruit.
- In each incision mound a teaspoon of salt. Then carefully tamp the lemons into a sterilized jar.
- Fill the lemons with sea salt: 1 teaspoon per 4 lemons. Also at this stage of cooking, add spice to the jar if you are preparing a recipe variant with their addition.
- Close the jar with a lid and store the lemons in a dark place at room temperature.
- After 3 days open the jar and maximize the lemons so that the juice covers them completely.
A month later, the lemons will be ready! Before adding them to a variety of dishes, you need to rinse the citrus in the water.
